Short Story Contest
As part of the upcoming release of Pawns and Phantoms, the second exciting Everland mystery, I am writing a new short story that will be set in Everland, and I want you to be a part of it! That’s right, if you pre-order Pawns and Phantoms, or purchase the digital copy before the physical release on September 22nd, I will be giving you a chance to name a character who will be part of an exclusive Everland short story. This story will be sent out to my mailing list and to everyone who takes part in this contest.
To take part in this contest, all that you need to do is fill in the contact form below with the name you’d prefer to be credited as if you win, your email address to receive mailings, and the name and a simple description of a character you’d like to include in the 1950s in Everland. This character can be anyone – you as you imagine yourself in this setting, someone that you respect and want to see portrayed here, or a fictional character you’ve created. Please include some physical attributes, character traits, and a job if you want that to be something specific! Then just check the box letting me know that you’ve pre-ordered Pawns and Phantoms from Amazon or Kobo, and I will be delighted to receive your entry.
The Simple Rules:
- At least five entries will be chosen to take part, and I will try to fit in more if possible.
- Any details deemed inappropriate for the setting or hateful in nature will not be considered for the short story, including any characters under copyright.
- By signing up and entering a character name and description, you are giving permission for you or your character to be published and distributed in one Everland short story. You are not giving up any other rights for inclusion in any other material. All contest selectees will be credited.
